This year Google launched its Google Apps services specifically for educational institutions. Let's see some of them.

GOOGLE DOCS И GOOGLE SHEETS

Google Docs and Google Sheets allows you to monitor in real time any changes made to the document, leave notes, corrections, use the built-in chat. Ideal tool for group work on the text and work on errors.

GOOGLE FORMS 

With Google Forms it's very easy to create questionnaires, quizzes, questionnaires. Ideal for homework and independent work at the lesson.

GOOGLE SITES И GOOGLE SLIDES

Google Slides - Web version of Power Point with the same set of basic tools for creating presentations. This is a great alternative to the usual preparation of an essay or essay.

WHY is it convenient?
  • it's free unlike the Microsoft Offfice package;
  • it allows you to quickly start creating a joint presentation;
  • this solution is available from different devices (computer, tablet, smartphone)
GOOGLE DRAWING


This service is designed to quickly build (literally two clicks) diagrams and charts.

In conclusion, free Google services is a great start for those teachers who want to use edtech services in their class, but the information infrastructure of the school does not allow it.
